We use a variety of learning activities here. I’ve created our own preschool program that is Literacy based. We also use things from The Creative Curriculum and Pocket of Preschool. Each month we focus on several different themes, we also work on colors, numbers, letters, and shapes. We do a daily linear calendar with the day of the month, the weather outside, and we go through our alphabet, shapes, colors, numbers, daily.

Mission

To provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging early learning environment that effectively supports the diverse needs of children and families in our community and creates a foundation for children to be able to enter Kindergarten as lifelong learners and critically-thinking citizens.

Vision

Our ultimate vision is twofold and rooted in both the present and the future. For the present, our goal is for parents to feel great about their childcare choice, knowing that their children are safe, engaged, educated, and smiling.

Philosophy

Our primary goal is to support each child in a safe and loving home that builds self-esteem, encourages home living skills, and actively promotes each child’s sense of curiosity and discovery.

My kids have been with Snow and Dan for about two years now! It's hard to put into words the quality of care they provide and the compassion they have for the kids. Our kids are truly treated like family and they love going there. Our son actually refuses to call it daycare because it doesn't feel like that to him! I'm blown away at how much Snow and Dan are always investing into new activities for the kids, for learning and for play. We are so grateful that we get to see all of these fun updates and activities through the pictures they post for us. Grandparents are grateful for the pictures too!😉 There is great communication here all around. In addition to the pictures they also use an app to keep us up to speed. Having our kids in their care has been priceless.❤️

You won’t find a better caring childcare and preschool then what Snow and Dan provide. Our kids have been in their care for 6 years and we wouldn’t change it. I love that it is small and they can cater to each kids needs to help make sure they learn and succeed. They make learning fun with a good combination of play and hands on learning and real life experiences. Snow goes way above and beyond for the kids in their care to make sure they all feel special. I love that they make a preschool book of different activities they did throughout the school year and all the photos that come with it! Snow and Dan even do a super cute preschool graduation for the kids that are heading off to kindergarten. Oh and I can’t forget…my kids say she is the best cook, they even like all the vegetables she makes! I would highly recommend Wishing Wells Daycare & Preschool over and over again. They are the absolute best.

My girls have been attending for almost a year and in that time they have learned so much! The cute projects and pictures I get are PRICELESS! They worked through helping my girls become potty trained, the biting phase, learning to share, riding bikes and scooters, and overall ease my mama heart from having to worry if they are being loved and cared for properly. Wishing Wells is a God send and I am so thankful we found them!

Snow and Dan do an amazing job with the children. The preschool program is creative and provides hands-on learning and projects the children enjoy.
